Iphone App for Sprints?

I am looking for an Iphone app that will prompt me for sprints. I HATE HATE HATE constantly checking my watch. I know I could do it on a treadmill but I prefer to do my running outside. It's more convenient for me. Thanks!

    I use the Nike+ running app, but if you just browse the fitness apps theirs a few on there to suit you :)
