Weight loss while taking meds

Is there a weight loss/calorie tracker that also asks what medication one's taking and take that into account when determining the calorie deficit you need to lose weight?

    I used one of my open slots and labled it Medicines & vitamins. Then I keep tabs on those too. (My other slots are Snacks 1&2, and Snack#.
