Ray's Yummy Goodmorning Smoothie

Ingredients

2 medium (1-1/4" dia) fresh Strawberries
1 oz (28.34 grams) fresh Blueberries
(could use frozen berries if Fresh are not available will make more of a frozen drink)
1 large Kiwi Fruit without skin
1/4 Cup (2 oz) Activia plain yogurt
(Could use vanilla or other flavored yogurt to taste)
1 tsp Clover Honey
1/2 Cup (4 oz) Multi-Vitamin Orange Juice
1/4 Cup (2 oz) 100% Pomegranate juice


Directions
Cut Fruit into bottom of smoothie maker or blender poor in liquid and yogurt. Blend till desired consistancy is reached.
If you like more of a frozen smoothie add 2-3 icecubes or frozen fruit to mix.
If serving to guests add in a few drops of red/pink food coloring to make nicer color. Garnish cups with fresh berry and sprig of fresh mint or a dollop of whipped cream. Makes beautiful Brunch dessert or drink.

I made this for breakfst and it was soo yummy I am gonna keep changing up the fruit and juices through out the week this week. I may even make some with Banana or peach and hide some vitamin powder in it for my hubby. Freeze it up and set a bottle out each night before bed he can drink it on his way to work. Gotta be sneaky to get the good stuff in him:laugh:
