sorry if this has been asked b4 but this is only my 2nd day here on site and 2nd day doing the shred (d2l1) so how and what are you entering for the workout? i put in aerobic general which is what i thought i read somewhere on here but not sure if that is correct?? Ty

I have read everywhere on here that most people enter it as Circuit Training.(so that's what i have been doing) I am going to do Level 1 Day 5 here soon!
Ill keep looking back here to see what everyone else thinks as well! Thanks!

I log mine as circuit training but I think they equal out to about the same + or - a few cals. Good Luck!0
