Boobs

Since losing all this weight my boobs have suffered. I have lost maybe 2 cup sizes but they are now so deflated, stretch marked and just...saggy :frown: i'm only in my 20s!!!!

Has anyone found anything that helps during weight loss or had a boob job post weight loss?

that happened to me at 42 lost weight from stress and lost what boobs I had left , I did get silicone implants , they look great, love them went from a small B to a DD, just make sure you are done having babies ect, your body changes a lot during your 20's..

That happened, then they came back and look better than ever. Just like everywhere else, things firm up, skin returns to shape, and exercise builds muscles. I look even bigger because I'm so much skinnier and because I bought a better bra that fits.

    And I'm 54.

Chuck your old bras out and buy some smaller, snugger ones!

Boob job is personal preference, but there's a risk associated with any general anaesthetic/operation.

The issue is that they look OK in bras but horrible without. Everything else is starting to look good naked apart from my puppies

Ive given birth to and breastfed 3 babies. I don't think the weight loss can do any more damage to them then that. I plan on getting a boob job later.

Once I've decided my weight loss is done, I'm going to start saving for a boob job and tummy tuck.
