Introduction!

Well, I don't know how long I've had MFP, but I've just recently hit my 105 consecutive login! Woo! Well, my name is Kayla, I'm 18 years old and I started my weight loss journey a couple years ago. I noticed my weight getting bad during band camp my junior year of high school. I was weighing in a 192 pounds! My highest weight! I decided to change and although it's been a slow process, I'm down 45 pounds. My goal weight was set at 120 pounds, a healthy weight for me, but I don't believe I'm going to look and feel the way I want, so I've set it between 110-115, which is still a healthy range for my height and age. I have tendencies to restrict sometimes, but I know how completely wrong it is. This usually happens when I'm at a low point in my life, but I also tend to eat healthy most of the time (with the occasional sweet!) I accept everyone that requests me, and I love to talk to everyone! I'm always here for anyone that wants to talk :)
