I'm 5' 8" and have lost 60 pounds. I was a XL shirt and a size 18 pants and I am now a size medium shirt and a size 8/10 pant depending on the brand.

Currently I don't have progress to share, but in the past:

    260lbs to 148lbs (112lbs) went from size 22W pants/2x shirts to size 10 pants/medium in shirts > In 2005/2006, sizes were a bit smaller

    235lbs to 166lbs (69lbs), went from size 18W/20W to size 12 pants. > 2008-2011

This time I'm starting at 226lbs, and I'm 214lbs today (not on the ticker thus far) and I was wearing size 16/18 pants and I still am.

I've lost 76 lbs and went from a size 22/24 to a size 14 in most brands.

How tall are you? Because my first goal is 70lbs, and i was hoping it would take to a 16, so wondering if you're 5 foot or more like 6, makes a big difference :) x

Hi. I was much bigger than you are when I started. I was 351 pounds in a size 30/32. I have lost 167 pounds (I weigh 184 now and still have some to go). I wear mostly size 14 with some 12's and 16's fitting too. And YES, it is much more fun to shop for clothes now and it just keeps on getting better. My best to you!

I've lost 55 pounds (at 5'2") and have gone down 2 shirt sizes and 5 jeans sizes. Thank goodness the jeans that fit me best are inexpensive.

30 lbs gone. Went from a 16W to a 10. I was superexcited when I was able to buy a size 10 shorts! Even happier when I bought a shirt from a regular store instead of Lane Bryant!

I'm 5'9". Started last September at size 28 or so, 333 lbs. I'm now wearing Medium tops and size 10 pants. Hang in there. I lost 50 lbs. or so before I really starting going down in size. Not sure why.

44 Waist Pants - now in 40 waist pants (fortunately I kept a couple pair).

Shirt X large was tight - now X large is rather loose and can wear some of my large size shirts that I kept.
