The base for all 3 shakes are the same:
1/2 cup cottage cheese (this makes the shake really creamy)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream flavor)
1/2 cup - 1 cup water (depending on how thick you like it)
5-10 ice cubes (ditto)
For Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake, add:
2 Tablespoons peanut flour (PB2) or peanut butter (this will add quite a few more calories, so go with the flour if you can)
1 Tablespoon jelly
3 packets Splenda or Stevia
For Pumpkin Pie Shake, add:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
5-6 packets Splenda or Stevia
For Peach Cobbler Shake, add:
1/2 cup sliced peaches
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 packets Splenda or Stevia
Blend until desired consistency and enjoy.
They all have around 250-300 calories and 38-45g of protein, but it depends on what kind of protein powder you use. You can also get some xanthan gum from Amazon or a lot of stores have it with the gluten free products. It's a product that makes things really thick, so the shake seems even more like ice cream. Put 1/2 teaspoon in the shake before you blend it and you will be amazed with the consistency.
