I remember one time I was on a crazy diet for 3 days and then went back to eating normal and in the end of a week my weightloss was 6 pounds, 4 of those came back the next day I've started eating like usual.

Because your loss was glycogen and water, not fat. It's pretty much scientifically and mathematically impossible to lose more than 2 Lbs of fat in a week...and that's if you really have a lot to lose. Otherwise it's just water.

My biggest loss was 4lbs yesterday , that was even more than my first week loss. It's crazy because I have an injured knee and haven't worked out in 10 days.

I never said it was fat, I know it's all water.

Was losing 7 to 8lbs a week at first. But I am very overweight...

    Did it come back?

No none of it has come back. Sometimes I go a week without losing at all but it is usually water weight because I had fast food or something but then it goes away.
  • I put myself on a diet on February 1, 2014. I weighed myself 3 weeks in and it showed a loss of 20lbs. I was so excited to have lost so drastically in such a long period of time. I started off with 800 cal and have recently worked myself up to 1200 cal, where i feel content now. I still want to loose another 40lbs. But i just weighed myself today after a week of not weighing myself and the scale hasnt moved from where it was when i last weighed myself. I don't under stand it. But nevertheless i am still motivated to continue loosing. It just gets to a point where it gets alittle frustrating.

Got Roto or Noro or something like that once - the kind of stomach flu where it's not so much that you are scared of dying, but are scared you won't die, because you're so miserable. Anyway, I think I passed food I'd eaten in college 20 years before before it was all over. . .the worst of it only lasted 24 hours, but it was about a week before I could eat anything heavier than saltines. I probably should've gone to the hospital, but I kept thinking "it'll get better. . .it's got to get better, right?" And toughed it out.

Anyway, I lost 12 pounds, about 6 of it water, 6 of real loss; I went down about 1.5 dress sizes.
