I recently joined a gym again... YAY!!
I have really enjoyed using the weight equipment.
I want to tone my arms, A LOT!
I want to know the best way of to get rid of my double goodbyes... aka the flab of my under arm!
Suggestions?

You will lose them as your body fat get closer to normal.

Keep doing the weights!! It's the best thing you can do.

You can't spot reduce fat. Strength training will help you to tone the muscles in your arms (and elsewhere), but it won't make the fat go away. That will happen gradually over time as you continue to lose weight.
