How much water do you drink everyday?

I go with a gallon every day. I've never had any adverse reaction to it, my body adjusted so I don't retain extra water weight, and since i'm used to it i don't have to use the bathroom too much more than anyone else. Keeps me hydrated and full of energy for my workouts.0

I have a 28 ounce water bottle that I keep filled at all times, usually refill it about 4-6 times a day depending on how thirsty I am. But then again, I don't keep anything to drink in my house except water, coffee, tea and milk.0

Really? You body can get used to the increased amount of water? I will definitely try it.0

Usually about 6 glasses a day, plus a glass of orange juice in the morning and it doesn't change much whether I exercise or not. I started drinking tea lately so it's not all water but I never add anything to my tea so I count it as water. I think it's roughly how much I've always drank, except before I used to drink juice and soda so I think it's just how much water I need. Some days I'll drink more but it's mainly because I've gotten myself used to drinking water instead of snacking (even though I still have snacks here and there)0

6 and i still pee all the time. i generally have to pee 20 minutes after drinking water.
Haha, I know, right?! I must have the smallest bladder known to mankind, because I drink something and I'm immediately like "OH GOD WHERE'S THE BATHROOM!". That's why I don't drink anything before getting on my half hour bus ride... I wait until I get to work. :P0 -
i drink close to about 70 oz a day.0

About 6-9 cups, generally. Depends on my activity level that day and my ability to refill/drink my water bottle.0

I usually fill up 3 - 32 oz water bottles and it's easy for me to get it all down. I workout sometimes twice a day, I really only drink water, it keeps me full and makes my skin and digestion very happy.0

I drink about 10 oz of coffee in the AM and then I drink water the rest of the day. Usually 20 oz during the work day which is quite difficult for me as I don't really *like* to just drink water (or any beverage) unless it's with a meal...but for the sake of trying to stay better hydrated I manage it. Then 16 oz to 32 oz both at lunch and at dinner. I have reusable cups with straws and lids, that are 16 oz each and I often drink two of them at lunch and dinner.
So I guess, excluding coffee, I get between 52 oz and 84 oz each day. I'm a 36 yr old female, 5'8" and 218 lb
At my heaviest in 2008 I was drinking 10 oz of coffee and 24 oz of diet cola each day. No water. Yikes.0 -
I drink min 2 liters and more if I want. It made my potty schedule crazy at first then I guess my body got used to it0

I've always tried to drink at least 2 liters a day but I find I do slip out of the habit every now and then.
Recently I've upped my water intake to around 4 liters a day, I'm also trying to detoxify my body a bit so that's why it's upto 4 liters. I'd never go over this though, seems dangerous to have any more in terms of electrolytes lost etc.0 -
At least 2.5L a day... though I dont run to the toilet all that much from it!0

I get 14-20 cups everyday.0
