Do you like Mfp macros or do you use macros calculated from a different website? I've read on other sites that the macros given on mfp are way off?

MFP tells me I should eat no more than 1540 calories a day to lose two pounds per week, even though I exercise approximately 8-10 hours per week. Seems low to me. The site linked says I can easily eat over 2,000 per day and still lose comfortably.0
