Aside From Calories ....

I know that the main key to weight loss is calories in, calories out and most days I am well within my calories allowance, but im wondering, aside from my calorie intake, what other factors matter the most in regards to weight loss? My fat intake? Carbs? What else should I be paying close attention to?

    sodium should be next thing you pay attention to. Everything has sodium in it. Check and see what your sodium is you may be very surprised
