I know there have been posts like this before, but I really haven't seen any lately! So, what can you do now that you haven't been able to do before?

I can do flat foot squats now, I've NEVER been able to do them before!

Yesterday I ran my first half marathon. Ran the WHOLE way. In May (4 months ago) when I first started running I had to quit after 10 minutes to catch my breath. Couldn't even make it around my block.

I can touch my nose to my knees again, when I'm stretching. A year ago, my belly would be getting in the way.

Since starting Orange Theory Fitness in May of this year I can now run do 20 pushups in a row (started doing 1-3), military press 12lbs (started with 5lbs), and my "base pace" is now 4mph at 6% incline (started at 3.3-3.5mph and 2-3% incline).
I can also squeeze into a size 8 in some brands and I havent done that in 13 years.
Eager to see what I can push my body to do in the next 3-4 months.

So many things............ I can roll over in bed, before I would have to sit (struggle) up and then roll. I can cross my legs at the knee. I can shop at a regular clothing store and try stuff on that actually fits and doesn't have some giant ugly flower pattern on it. I can walk around without breathing as though I had just ran a marathon. So many things.......

I'm jealous, I STILL can't do pushups. I'm ALMOST there. I can go down and hold myself without touching the ground with my body, I just can't do the PUSH UP part of it haha.

I can sit comfortably on a movie theater seat as well as seats on roller coaster rides. Love it

When I was 290 I wasn't able to ride the roller coaster cuz I didn't fit, and walked in shame off the ride in front of several people.
    So embarrassing

Yesterday I managed to finally run a mile. It is the furthest I've ever ran in my life.

As of this morning, I can run 20 minutes without stopping, and like it. I've never run that long in my life.
