JM's Extreme Shed&Shred from today...

Starting today the Extreme Shed&Shred from Jillian Michaels. I've been doing the normal Shred til now and was curious about the new level with 50+minutes a workout. Will be alternating it with The 6week-6packAbs and have a rest day a week.
Anyone else doing it or starting it? Any opinions out there about it ...? Would love to hear, good or bad, just let me hear it.

    Did the workout yesterday and I gotta say I've been pretty disapointed. It has longer warmup and cooldown times, which is great, but the actual workout looks like something put together in a hurry... Doesn't have the strenght of 30DS. so decided to replace it with something more chalenging. Will be doing Jessica Smith's Total Body Tune-up, whish is circuit training as well, with cardio and strenght training, just as the Shred. So anyone done this?
