Question on Logging Exercise

Hi Guys

Can you help me please - I walk to and from my office, five days a week, which works out to about 30 - 35min in total (brisk walk).

I also do 30 Day Shred dvd every day (okay at least 5 days a week, usually six) - sometimes I will do two levels but usually only one.

I use another app to work out the calories as I find MFP is a bit too generous with the calories burned, and just adjust my MFP logging to fit in with that calculation.

My question is, would you just log the 30DS workouts as exercise or would you include the brisk walking too? (I've only been logging 30DS, not walking?)

Sorry if it seems like a silly question!
Thanks
Jessie

If your activity level is set to sedentary on MFP, I would log both, but I wouldn't eat back all of the exercise calories everyday. I like to leave a cushion to help with overestimating the burn and underestimating the intake. If your MFP activity level already assumes the walk, then I wouldn't log it.
