I need advice...from ladies!

Hey girls,
So...our monthly 'visitor' is due in the next couple of days and I've seriously been struggling to stay within 1,200 kcals! I mean, I have but I'm absolutely ravenously hungry! What do I do?! 1,200 kcals hasn't been a problem for me thus far, I often end up pretty comfortable (hunger wise) at the end of the day with calories to spare (not intentionally!) but right now, all I want to do is eat!
What do I do?! All I want is sugar

Eat some chocolate. SOME, not the whole bar
I don't get insane cravings during my time of the month so I can't say I get how you feel, but in my opinion, as long as you maintain your exercise routine it's ok to have something sweet once in a while. Don't torture yourself0 -
I agree - I get the same way and I just allow myself a "taste" to satisfy and then I drink a lot of water - it's tricking the brain and it works. Don't deprive yourself - moderate and you'll do fine.0

Firstly, thanks for the quick replies!
I don't even know why it's hit me so hard this month because it normally doesn't but I only changed my diet up a week ago so I guess I'm craving stuff I normally wouldn't even have thought twice about before eating! I might have some Weetabix and see how it goes...
Makes you realise how much you used to over-eat before...quite shocking really0
