New to the site

New to the site. I have been trying to get on track over the last year. I started off well but leveled off quick. On the fitness side I did something that I never considered before, run a 1/2 Marathon. And now a 8-10K run is a simple run. Where i didnt do well over the last year is the eating side. Stress is not my friend when food is near... I now to get back into the proper eating mode again. Have to once again put my workouts first while at work (part of my job is to stay fit but easy to miss due to the huge pile of work) and staying focused on my target. Feel free to drop me a line if ya need some motivation or to chat. Have a good one Food goals: Stop / reduce eating the following: Chips and Surgar candy ( darn jelly beans!)
