New to this site and hopeful. Have lots of pounds to lose BUT if I could lose 15 lbs. and get below 200 I would be oh, so happy.
First day was pretty easy (aren't all first days???). Today went to a neighborhood barbeque. Was a little worried about the food and when I wrote it all done I was ONLY over 110 calories. I know that's quite a few but considering all the food and that I ate dessert (a couple of them). I'm happy.:bigsmile:
