i need motivation

i was pretty proud of my self i went from 167 pounds to 119 i believe. Then this year i moved out on my own for the 1st time and started working at Disney world magic kingdom. i would legit work till 4 am sometimes and come home super hungry and just eat a sandwich or something not so good at 430 am
also working 15 hour shifts really didnt give me much time to cook so i would buy frozen food. fast foward to now 9 months later and i went up 10 pounds and im really feeling bad about my self. What can i do to get back on track i have a wedding next month plus my boyfriend is coming to visit me and i just want to feel good
i know i can work out more but i now work at a day care(only been there a week) and i come home SO tired that i end up stuffing my face at diner then i pass out till 7 pm and its just become a really ugly routine :( i was walking alot and going out for jogs and starting to feel good but last week i went out to skate and somone on a bike crashed into me making me hurt both my knees making it hard to bend.
anyway what food can give me energy and what kind of work outs can i do ? i hate my self cuz when i do jog i run out of breath really fast and i feel i cramp up
i just want to lose these 10 pounds fast

  • Snack throughout the day. If you are working with kids who are eating at the day care, sit down with them and have something too. On your breaks have some fruit and some protein for health, and some carbs for energy. Keep some low fat crackers handy and munch on a few when you are feeling low on energy

I don't know how it works in the states, but a 7 hour shift should have a 15 minute break and a half hour lunch, no?

I'd be doing some serious complaining
