Hi.
This might sound daft.
When do I add my fitness, I have had my breakfast and then went to the Gym. I burnt off 370 Cals and now my calorie intake has jumped back upto 1100 calories for the remainder of the day which I am never going to eat. This will keep telling me at the end of the day that I am at risk of putting my body into starvation mode.....
Should I be adding my fitness at the end of the day after I have updated my diary?
Chris

You can add it whenever you like. If you don't like to see the message, you do not have to hit complete. If it were me though, I would try to eat a little more to make sure I am getting enough calories to fuel my body properly.0

You realise the calorie goal already has a deficit built into it, right? If you create too large a deficit by being too far below the daily goal, you'll actually counteract your fat loss goals. If you've only got 7 kg to go, large deficits will more than likely make your body prioritise non-fatty tissue.
My advice is to eat the extra calories. Exercise shouldn't be done to create a calorie deficit alone. It can have that aspect to it, but you should be doing it for cardio-vascular health and body composition goals. Diet (with a sensible deficit) will take care of weight loss.0
