Hi Hi!!
My name's Rii and I'm a fitness instructor. (Bet u didn't see that one coming )
At 167cm and 64kg I'm not even close to overweight. I joined MFP for two primary reasons:
1. my clients and friends, because seeing that the so-called 'pros' stuff up every now and again is motivating apparently.
And yes, I definitely do have 'too-much' & 'too-little' days, just like everybody else.
2. to better my own health, and make sure I'm really doing the best I can. Seeing on the screen just what exactly you're putting in your mouth can be a real eye-opener!! and simple things can make a huge difference in my over-all energy levels, and just how much effort I can put into my clients' workouts.
So if anybody would like to be friends, in order to pick my brains, debate the latest fitness fads, or simply because you feel like it: Well it's nice to meet you! :-)
