Hi, it is really wonderful when you noticed that your exercise phase increases, yesterday, I barely managed to do my 30 minutes cardio exercises, but today I managed to do a 60 minutes exercises without feeling dreadful, instead it is wonderful.
Are you also increasing your phase? Do you mind sharing your exercise tips, especially workouts for toning thighs, belly and arms? For the belly, I was advised to do belly dancing...

First off, you can't spot reduce. If you want to tone those areas, look at decreasing your body fat.. High intensity interval training would be great to help you.
Also, do you take rest days? that may be why 30 minutes was hard..0
