week 2

This is week 2 for me. I have a total of 150 to lose. Im taking it week by week and celebrating every small success. My goal is 10 pounds at a time, that way Im not so obsessed with the big picture. This was a good week. I lost 5.8 and hit my first 10 pound goal. Feeling really good this morning :bigsmile:

    Are you tracking measurements as well as your weight? If not, you may want to as sometimes the scale doesn't move but you may be losing inches.
