Where to go from here... Not losing as I should be!!

Hi guys,

My journey started out 2 years ago, I started on my calorie controlling at around 1600cal, then 1300 then 1500 ~ I've lost 1 st 3 lb on that basis, then I moved to MFP in May. Started at 1560cal~ lost 6lb then moved down to 1400~ No loss

I'd lose 2lb and then two week later put on 2lb then lose that again! its driving me nuts. I'm down to 1280 calories have been for two weeks, and I'm lightly active, and only lost the 2lb put on 2 week ago . I don't know what else I can do I want to be progressing down the scales why am I not? I am deficiting, whether I add exercise or not for my TDEE and BMR. I don't get why am not losing it as I should be. I'm not greatly losing it inches wise either.

Any advice guys?
