I am 5'3" at 203 pounds. I have been stuck there for almost 5 weeks. I WANT TO GO BELOW 200 so badly!! I got down to 201 and began the C25K program and gained 2 pounds :(.

I calculated my TDEE with this link: http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html. It gave me a TDEE of 2529. I am currently eating about 1500 calories. Should I increase my caloric intake or stay where I am?

water retention could be part of why you gained or salt intake. remember it is a process!

I think that you need to eat more.. if your TDEE is 2529, I would aim for (TDEE-20%) 2000.
    1800-2000 seems reasonable to me

Look at the message board " in place of a road map"

Also look at " eat more to weigh less" thread.

    Edited to add other thread.

Have you been weighing and measuring your food properly? If not, It is possible that you are eating more than you think. After glancing at your diary, I see that you often eat calorie dense food, nothing wrong with that, in my opinion, but a small inaccuracy in a food like peanut butter or in fast food can easily add up a couple extra hundred calories a day! Take a look at this, paying particular attention to the section "you're probably eating more than you think."
