Suggestions needed

Hey! Does anyone have any ideas on good workouts for one-handedness? So I was doing Insanity but had to have a ganglion cyst removed from my left wrist = no usage for 3 weeks and light usage 3 weeks after that. I have the last 10 pounds to go and do not want to not do anything. Anyone have suggestions? Running maybe but what else? Do you think Insanity without the floor work is worth it?

Stationary bike and elliptical without the arm things. Also, lower body body weight stuff like squats, lunges, one legged deadlifts and/or things like jumping jacks, literal hops, tuck jumps, etc. Fitnessblender.com has some good lower body ploy. You could just substitute when/if they call for burpees or mountain climbers.0
