Retuning to MFP

Earlier in the year I went from 170 lbs to 149 llbs with mfp in about 4 months. 150 was my first goal weight and when I got there I stopped logging but tried to keep up exercise and choose healthier food options. That was about 5 months ago and I am now 153 pounds (I am pretty pleased I managed to gain so little given the fact I feel like I have been quite lazy and gluttonous).
I have now decided that I want to get down to 140. I am 5 foot 4 and a mesomorph with medium bone structure so I think that would be a pretty good weight for me!
I am just wondering if anyone else who has been in the situation of losing and maintaining (ish) for a while has any tips for me. So far it seems to be easier than the first time as I am aware of more low calories foods that I like and I know what is filling from the first time. I also know that trying to net 1200 a day doesn't work for me so I am going with 1400 from the start.
