Hi there.
I have been on MFP before, but now I am back.
My goal is to get in a healthy weight. I usually eat well, but when I don't track it goes downhill, so I am back.

Sounds like me, I've lost 20-25 lbs a few times over the last few years only to have it creep back on from slacking. I think when I get to a decent weight I get complacent and then I start slipping junk food back into my diet and stop counting calories. I plan on ending that cycle this time around. I'm starting back up after the birth of my son. Getting back on that wagon is tough and I found a lot of my friends I had previously are no longer active. Hope that means they met their goal. Would love to have some new friends to help get remotivated. Please feel free to add me0
