You can track all types of exercises and it has gps for your walks/runs. I have the free version.

RunKeeper is free and works for walking, running, skiing, cycling.............You name it, it'll measure it. It has GPS and draws you a pretty map of where you've been. You can connect your music if you want and it will track your walks and goals etc.
There is also Mapmywalk, which does all the same things I think. Also free.
  • Endomondo is my favorite.

Mapmywalk or mapmyrun or mapmybike all free all give you estimation of distance , route and calories burned. They tend to overestimate the calories but a good guide
  • "Runkeeper" is really good for tracking runs and cardio, it also syncs with MFP . "Moves" is a good step tracker but doesn't sync with MFP unfortunately.

Best thing to do is download all the free versions and try them out.
  • Mapmywalk or runtastic

I am using Pedometer Free by Plus Sports. It uses GPS to track your speed, distance, calories burned, etc. You can listen to your music while walking/running. It will also show a map of your walk/run. I really like it. It isn't important to me that it sync with MFP because I wear a Fitbit Flex and it syncs with MFP.
