Seeking alternate multi-vitamin info / experience

Folks,
This past summer I did beachody's Power 90. As part of the purchase of the DVDs I was 'enticed' [read 'roped into'] buying their Activit multivitamin. They were pretty pricey for the 90 day supply. It is hard to say if they were worth the price, but they did seem to help provide all of the vitamin and similar stuff my body needed. I'm coming to the end of my supply and am looking for your experience with multi-vitamins, as I want a similar effect but for (potentially) less $$$. Any help you can provide is appreciated.
Thanks,
Elia

Personally I would not look at price as your deciding factor, you'll get what you pay for! I would research what is out there that has proven science behind it.
In my own research I asked these questions: Does it deliver key antioxidants and other phytonutrients that are absorbed by the body? Does it reduce oxidative stress? Does it support a healthy immune system? Does it help protect DNA? Does it positively impacts several key indicators of cardiovascular wellness?0 -
Can you simply compare the nutrition label on it to other "mainstream" MVs?0

Yes I guess he could.
I'm taking a product that is considered food therefore it has Nutrition Facts label and NSF approved. Almost everything else on the market cannot pass as food therefore has a Supplement label. So he could NOT compare mine to his. That would be like comparing apples and oranges to what a human interpreted as an apple and orange and mixed together these synthetic, fragmented vitamins and said there you go!0
