I find lots of programs on the Lionsgate BeFit channel on Youtube. There is also Fitness Blender which has some good ones too.
In fact I am about to go surf the Lionsgate channel to figure out a workout to do right now.0 -
When all else fails I run in place, either with music looking out my window, or watching TV. No special equipment required and I can literally do it anywhere (one time I did it at my gate at the airport while waiting for a delayed flight - got some funny looks but I got my daily workout). Sometimes I'll move my arms jumping-jack style to enhance the effect.0

Those would be good but i cant put in 30 seconds or squats or 30 seconds of pushups in my fitness pal. i need something more steady like the running in one spot. I was so tired i did not even think of that!0 -

30 s of squats + 30 s of pushups = 1 min of "strength training" or "circuit training."0 -
"Walk at Home" DVDs are great - Leslie Sansone is a little less manic than Richard Simmons. These are at Wal-Mart, Target, etc. I bet your local library even has some.
