Progress!

I've hit a bit of a milestone this morning, and I'm thrilled! I had set a mini goal for myself to hit 60lbs gone by the date of my 1/2 marathon walk, which is on Sept 29. Well, I hit it this morning, a week and a half early! I'm so happy to be heading in to my walk happier and healthier! I started this journey on Jan 1 of this year (yes, I know, another lame resolution that for the 1st time has stuck). I've averaged 1.6 lbs a week loss. What I've gained is a happier, healthier, much stronger body. And a whole new attitude to boot!
