Here's my list of yummy healthy meals, snacks that are quick and easy to make

I eat organic and I am 90%Vegetarian and 10 % bad....When it comes to certain foods..i try to be good here's my list of favorite foods I want to hear yours

1. Luna Bars chocolate coconut
2. Zico Coconut Water
3. PB & Jelly
4. Big Salads with vegetables, fruits, nuts and wonton strips
5. Boca burgers
6. Apples with PB
7. eggs
8. guacamole
9. fruits
10. Wraps
11. cereal with almond milk
12. vegan one vanilla chi protein shake
13. amys tofu eggs breakfast wrap

    100% Vegan and a huge percentage of bad with some of the processed foods (pf) I still eat. :/ Aiming to be raw one of these days.

    1. Boca Vegan Burgers (pf)
    2. Boca Chikin Patties (pf)
    3. Stir Fry Vegetables with brown rice.
    4. Red and Green Lentils
    5. Black Beans and Pinto Beans
    6. Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries in a smoothie w/ almond milk
    7. Super serious guacamole :)
    8. Amy's tofu scrambles (pf)
    9. Field Roast's Italian Sausage (pf)
    10. TOFU, TOFU, TOFU! (pf)
    11. Spaghetti with Nate's meatless 'meatballs' and wheat angel hair (pf)

    2. 0.2% fat greek yogurt (11g protein per 100g), with granola
    3. Oatmeal!
    4. eggs
    5. salads
    6. tuna (canned)
    7. carrots! yum
    8. all bran cereal/special k
    9. eggs
    10. fruits
    11. broccoli
    12. cucumber

    i basically live off of those foods, haha. Yum. I'm getting hungry just reading all this

    (TL;DR whatever fits my macros and sounds good)

    I usually don't get bored because I eat what's on sale (in season) so it is always something different. I can't wait until all the lovely winter squashes start coming to the farmers market.
