Calorie question
When you add an item such as olive oil to a recipe for the purposes of cooking or baking - I put a tablespoon or so in the bottom of the baking dish so my chicken breasts don't stick - do I count the calories as injested even though much of it is left in the dish when I take the chicken out?

Why not, it is best to be on the right side isn't it?0

I don't.0

I do, then divide the calories by the number of servings in the recipe.0

I would. a Tbls of oil is what 150 calories? Why not just use Pam? 0 Calories
On the other hand, 150 of anything is not going to make or break you either.0 -
I add about 1/2 of what I put in the pan to my calorie count. I also under count my expenditure on my workouts. That way I know that I am i a win win situation at the end of the day when it comes to my consumption vs. expenditure of calories.0

I do, but I am a fan of the overestimate your intake and underestimate your burns and you will never be bummed about lack of loss.0
