I don't go to the fairs, but last one my brother went to he said he had fried butter. How exactly do you fry butter? :huh:
Stick it in the deep fryer, like everything else.
Right, but how do u get the butter to not melt?
They stick butter inside a lot of dough - almost like a biscuit. Then fry it. When you bite into it butter just pours out. Gross but some liked it lol0 -

Im 8 hours away, but when the Southeast Texas fair comes through a few months later, we get all the most popular foods from the state fair.

Fortunately we have marathons too-just be sure to sign up a day or two AFTER the food-not the same day
