I weigh 165 pounds. I have been using fitness pal for 3 months or so. I am set up for 1200 calories a day to lose a pound a week until I get my goal weight. When I put my exercise in, it gives me another 250 calories I can eat. If I eat those calories I will be eating around 1450 a day. So will I still lose weight?

Yes, MFP is designed for you to log your exercise and eat back the earned calories. Think of it as a way to motivate us to actually reach our exercise goals. Eat the extra 250 calories to help fuel your body and your workouts. You should still lose weight as expected.0
