New and loooking for support

Hello,

My name is Sara i am 33 years old mother of 2 year old twin daughters. Just joined MFP (again) never used it the last time. And i am looking to lose about 20 lbs and live a healthier life style. Looking for anyone that can support, give advice on what has helped them and just other people to chat with.
