poor posture when i jog... help!

Alrighty guys, so I know there are exercises I can do to strengthen my back, but is there something I can purchase to help me with my back? like some kind of brace made specifically for working out? I wear a 36d and im sure that plays its own part in it... I already wear a regular bra and a sports bra when I workout. sometimes when im walking ill stand up straight when I remember and it usually cracks lol, but then when I continue walking with it straight it hurts pretty bad, like it makes it hard for me to breathe... help! anyone :) oh feel free to add me as a a friend :)

    I went to physio for a car accident and they showed me a lot of exercises to help posture..

    One thing they did was tape my back for 3 days at a time once a week, to help with posture.

    supermans- as long as you have the right form can help.

    Another thing I did was get a breast reduction. It helped a lot..

    I was going to suggest taping too. You can tape so that if your posture goes bad then the tape pulls tight as a reminder to straigten up.

    Other than that you could probably work on you back muscles and core
