Stubborn weight...

Hi
I have been trying for 5 years (since my daughters birth) to be pre pregnancy weight. Still not there. Got close once, doing zumba 3 times a week but once I stopped, I jumped up to the same weight I was right after baby. I dont know why its so hard to lose 20lbs. I have a ton of pants and they dont fit. I refuse to buy the bigger sizes because I want to lose the weight. I'm counting my calories. 1200 or less and its hard. Half the time I go over a hundred or two. Anyone else have this trouble?

I totally have the same problem. Can't seem to lose 15 - 20 lbs and its frustrating. I don't want to buy new clothes! I lost 30 lbs 5 yrs ago and I got rid of all my fat clothes forever. Now the weight is creeping back on and its harder to lose it again. I hear about people losing lots of weight and it seems like 15 lbs shouldn't be that hard but it is!0

1200 calories seems very low from the start... Unless you're very short like me. But, even then I'm 5 feet and I take in about 1300 calories with about 600-700 calories burned from working out.
I would try actually adding to your calories. Don't be so strict on your diet in a sense of calorie counting, but more so the nutrition you're getting. Amp up the vegetables and fruit servings, water and amount of lean protein you're getting. And if you're not already add some strength training to whatever you're doing because muscle burns more than fat, plus it'll give you some definition as you start losing the last of your weight!0 -
Thats my issue. I don't do cardio very often so I stick to the 1200 calories because I'm not really burning any.0
