Say 'No' to chicken legs!!

I've been lifting for a few months and I've been seeing some great progress in all areas! However, I realised that I'd forgotten about my calves! What weighted exercises are there to build calves? I need for my legs to keep up with the rest of my body!

If you are working out in a gym, they should have a weighted calf raise machine or two. My gym has one for standing calf raises and another where you sit down with your feet on the ground and, knees bent in the sitting position and raise your heels.
If you are not in a gym. Put your heaviest dumbbells on your shoulders and do standing calf raises.0 -
Bro-science says that the calves are a very stubborn area that is reluctant to grow.
Supposedly, you should do both seated and standing calf raises, as each works slightly different muscles in the calves.0
