Petite girls around here trying to lose the last pounds?

Hi I'm relatively new here and I'm trying to find some support of similar girls like me who are around 5'-5'4 and trying to lose the few pounds left... I'm 21, 120 pounds and 5'3. Trying to lose about 7 pounds and wouldnt mind some advice and support! Thanks!
My diary is open too so if you want to check it out and give me some advice, I would love that!

    Hi! I'm 5 feet and I'm trying to drop the last 10 pounds too. It's definitely a lot harder once you reach the stubborn area... This is just for me, but I've added a lot more strength training to my regime and also upped the amount of weights I use and the amount of cardio I do. Different things work for different people, but it's definitely a lot harder when you're shorter because we don't burn as many calories as people who are 5'7 or 5'8. I'm basically just pushing myself really hard to break my plateau in hopes that this final hard push will put me over this stubborn spot.

    I've also become really strict on my diet, but that's just me! I've cut out a lot of stuff and have been on ensuring I get enough protein while not having too much sugar or unnecessary fat in my diet (the bad ones, not the good ones!). This is the time when diet is really key in ensuring you're getting the proper nutrients, so stay on top of that! :smile:

    I would just do some calculations with your BMR and calculate how many calories you can burn in regards to the schedule of how many pounds you want to lose in a week or two weeks or whatever and go from there. Make some meal plans and set out work out schedules to keep things organized for yourself and see if that helps. :happy:
