Looking t to drop my body fat % to about 15. Currently at 22%. I have 15 to 20 pounds of fat to lose. I eat clean and train HARD 5-6 days a week. Really motivated by IFBB Pros (women) and want to get a similar physique...I'd love to hear from fellow athletes! Hope to hear from you!!
