Can anyone recommend a program or some reading materials that really helped rev you up? I've been so down in the dumps lately that I haven't been exercising because I just don't feel it. I've been dieting because it's easy for me, but not working out. Usually, I can read something and perk up. This month's Women's Health and Shape magazines didn't do anything for me.

I sometimes go over to MFP's Success Stories threads and read those for motivation.0

You know, I didn't even think to do that. That's a really good idea. Thank you.0

You're welcome. I started going there when I first noticed the MFP forums. It was probably my greatest source of inspiration to get started.1

Even if you do a little bit like a walk or easy bike ride, it helps. I am a big fan of reading and have an app on my old android phone that will read me my books so I actually like to extend out my walks / runs/ bike rides so I can keep listening.1
