About half the week, I eat about 800 net calories, im so busy with work and such and by the end of the day im not hungry for more. I exercise everyday so my net gets that low. The other half of the week I normally eat 1200 net calories, some days I go as high as 1500 net but thats once in a while. I barely feel hungry and on the days im busy its a struggle to eat that much, but since its net calories, is this ok?

agreed, your weekly deficit is more important. if your calorie goal is 1200 then you are probably on a fairly large deficit to start with, so you dont want to be under eating on top of that.0 -
I've see posts that say you shouldn't go below 1200 net a day, but others also talk about things being okay as long as the weekly amount is about right.
Personally I usually eat around 1200-1300 net a day, but I do go over somedays so have some short days to compensate.
At the end of the day, if it's a gradual loss and there are no medical issues, I see no reason why it's wrong. However, it's something you may want to discuss with a GP or trained professional as I suppose there may be nutrional/vitamin issues as well.0 -
When you're eating roughly 1200-1500 Cal. Its good for your body with the combination of some sort of exersize even if its walking around the neighborhood a couple times, as far as 800 cal goes I think you should try to add a couple snacks into your schedual for your body, its good for your metabolism and health!0

i work all day and then go to gym and by the time I am done I am starving..so cannot really relate to this issue..
However, if you constantly under eat it will lead to metabolic slowdown...so you should make sure that you are at least netting 1200 a day at the end of the week...0 -

the OP has a NET of 800 calories because she exercises (cals eaten - exercise cals = NET cals)0 -
