Thoughts on Omega 3 for men

Hi all,

This is my first post so please go easy on me, I have been in the gym now 4 days a week for the last 5 weeks, Spinning for 1hr 3 days and then lifting and doing various circuits the other 2.

My diet is pretty clean I think, I have cut out beer, I'm eating Meat and lots of fish and my carbs until the last week have been as low as 25% week in week out. My PT advised my FAT levels are ok as they are coming from nuts and Meat ect. I have 1 day off which is a wednesday where I will eat nacho's but the rest of my week is pretty good, (I think)

My question is that my PT has recommended that I take triple strength omega 3 capsules as these will increase Testosterone and help shift the stubborn FAT from around my gut.

Don't get me wrong i'm not the size of a house or anything I'm 6ft and 13 stone 6. I want to be more ripped than I am will omega 3 help? I am getting some from tinned sardines but they are quite fatty and may be counter productive.

Any advice and help would really be appreciated.
