    Hi, I'm 27 and live in Scotland. I have 5.5 stone to lose. Seems a lot, but I'm taking baby steps. Please feel free to add, could do with the encouragement, and give some in return :)

    I'm 28 from the UK, when I joined my aim was to lose 42lbs... Over the course of the year I lost 40lbs... Then went and put a stone on!! So got 16lbs to lose now... Feel free to add me!!

    25 in UK and lost 5 1/2st since last August, maintained up until about a month ago and have lost another 6-7lbs since (marathon training hence the speed of loss). Happy to try and motivate and just generally talk nonsense lol
