We will see when I get there- I don't care about the scale as much as how I look and once I lose a bit more fat, I'm going to work on building muscle so I may go back up - or go farther down to lose more fat and the recomp. I have a very large frame and tend to be very muscular, so my initial goal is 150 since that's what I weighed 20 years ago in college when playing competitive rugby. Even though technically that still puts me in the overweight category on the BMI chart, my doctor is very happy with that weight on my frame. That being said, once I get there I'm going to reevaluate and might go down to 135 or so depending on how things look.0 -
I am now at my goal of 125.
I am not at a healthy weight yet (based on health risks) so my next goal is 115.

I'm *almost* 5'2".. I weigh 142, started at around 155 a few weeks ago. I start to feel better under 130, but look and feel my best below 105. I'd love to hit 103, but much more interested in lowering body fat percentage!0

I might aim for 100 lbs depending on how I look when I hopefully hit 110 lbs (when I was a teenager I was 120 lbs and I was still very chubby looking because my fat tends to go to my stomach first and come off there last, so I'd love to have a flat looking stomach).0 -

goal: 110-112lbs but now I've started lifting and am concentrating more on body fat reduction than on weight loss - so upping calories and protein intake. More concerned about appearance and muscle now than numbers on the scale.0 -
I'm 5'1.5 currently weight in at 118, which 120 was my real ultimate goal but now I'm here I'm thinking 110. However my main focus is tightening and toning things, would love to be about 18% body fat.

I've always had a smaller frame so this is far from what I'm comfortable with. 95 is too low for me, but 100, 105 is perfect.0 -
I am 4 ft 10. I was not supposed to get over 100lbs (dr's orders) I have a small frame.
highest weight was 160.
