Feeling guilty

Hiya,
I started 30 day shred and today is the 3rd day of level 1. (I restarted as I left in between!)
I'm feeling guilty of having wholemeal toast with peanut butter and 2 shortbread finger biscuits! I simply couldn't resist.
Now I'm feeling awful...
Will it effect my 30 day shed results?
I'm struggling to do 30 day shred and I just don't know how I ate this junk...

As long as you get a deficit for the week, you'll lose.0

1) Stop labeling food as good or bad... As long as you have a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. Eating certain foods or at certain times means nothing.
2) One meal (which probably won't put you over calories) isn't going to ruin your weight loss/fitness efforts.
3) In my opinion, doing the same exercise every day for 10 days makes no sense. I like her workouts but I mix them up with other videos, walking, etc.
4) 30DS isn't about weight loss, it's for fitness0
