440 cals and was very very full

well the other day i had pasta and sauce for dinner it was whole wheat pasta a cup being 320 cals then i had a whoole cup of sauce that was 120 cals you know healthy choice begetable sauce and ot make it very fulling i added 2 cups of chopped celery slightly cooked mY god i was full!

    I know! Some meals are really filling and not hard on the calories. Others...yikes! This site is really helping me to tell the difference. My snacks were out of sight before. Now my main snacks are:

    20 baby carrots = 100 calories.

    1 cup of raisins = 500 calories.

    big difference! It depends on how many calories I have left at the end of the day.
